A Vivara informed that its board of directors elected the current director of operations, Icaro Borrello, to the position of executive president of the company, in a meeting held this Tuesday (12). The decision came after the resignation of CEO Otavio Lyra, who will leave the company after a succession process expected to last 30 days.
Borrello will be Vivara’s fourth CEO this year.
In March, founder Nelson Kaufman resumed executive management of the company after the departure of Paulo Kruglensky, who resigned from the position after three years. Kaufman’s return was poorly seen by the market and, a few days later, the Vivara chose Lyra to run the company.
