Embraer informed this Tuesday (10) that the Slovak Ministry of Defense will begin negotiations for the acquisition of three C-390 Millennium aircraft in January next year.
The announcement comes amid the signing of a letter of intent between Slovak Defense and the Brazilian Ministry of Defense to encourage closer industrial cooperation between the two countries, according to the aircraft manufacturer.
“During a visit to Brazil, the Slovak Defense Minister recognized that the Embraer C-390 Millennium is the option that best meets the requirements of Slovakia’s future military transport aircraft,” Embraer said in a statement.
