Vibra Energia reported this Saturday (7) that Ronaldo Cezar Coelho is no longer part of the company’s board of directors.
In a relevant fact disclosed to the market, the company said that Coelho submitted his resignation on Friday night (6) “for personal reasons”.
Vibra has not yet announced a name to replace the executive on the board.
Coelho has been in the position since the beginning of the year and is the manager of the Samambaia Master Fundo, which currently holds 8.3% of Vibra Energia, behind only the Dynamo group.
