Nubank announced this Tuesday the launch of a virtual cell phone operator for the institution’s customers and coverage in almost the entire Brazilian territory, the digital bank announced this Tuesday.
Called NuCel, the operator is based on the MVNO model with Claro as the supplier of the network infrastructure, stated Nubank.
The service will be made available gradually over the next few months and will have three plan options that cost from 45 to 75 reais per month. Payment is made via bank credit card.
Until September, Nubank had around 97 million customers in Brazil.
