Oi said this Thursday (12) that its board approved the appointment of Marcelo José Milliet as CEO and Rodrigo Caldas as finance director, according to a fact relevant to the market.
According to Oi, the appointments are part of the implementation of the new governance provided for in the company’s judicial recovery plan.
Milliet, who will also be director of investor relations, will replace Mateus Affonso as president of Oi, while Caldas will currently assume the position with Cristiane Barretto.
Oi also said that Paul Aronzon was appointed president of the company’s board of directors, after electing the new members of the board the day before.
