The founding shareholder of the Natura&Co group, Antonio Luiz da Cunha Seabra, reduced his stake in the company from 14.36% to 4.79% through the donation of shares he owned to his wife and four children, according to a statement released to the market this Tuesday (3).

The transfer of shares includes “reserving the lifetime enjoyment of the entirety of the respective political and economic rights, therefore not resulting in a change in shareholding control or the administrative structure of the company”, stated the holding company in the statement.
