Announced in July 2020 like a big big dream to bring together the group’s companies, the Villa XP in São Roque (SP) seems to have been left for later. It is estimated that the Villa project would have cost XP R$400 million.
The idea for Villa XP emerged at the height of the covid-19 pandemic, when the model full home office It seemed like a path of no return. The company’s plan was to build a campus, similar to what Apple e Google they have in Silicon Valley. The Villa would be installed in a large complex run by JHSF, which brings together the Catarina Outlet and an airport of the same name intended for executive flights, located 70 km from the capital of São Paulo.

At the time of the deal, Guilherme Benchimol these to the Brazil Journal that that region would “explode”. “There were options all over Brazil, but when we visited the area, we were sure it was there,” added the executive.
