Ecorodovias reported this Monday that its subsidiary Ecoporto Santos signed an agreement with the Santos Port Authority (APS) to ensure that port and cargo storage operations carried out by Ecoporto at the Port of Santos (SP) continue.
The transition contract has a term of 180 days, according to Ecorodovias’ relevant fact to the market.
“After this period, without the bidding for the lease of the area being concluded, maintaining the same exploration and operational conditions, APS is authorized to conclude a new contract for a period of 180 days”, stated the concessionaire.

The company reinforced that the conclusion of the contract does not interfere with Ecoporto’s rights and obligations, which remain the same in relation to the exploration of the port area located in the Valongo region, on the right bank of the Port of Santos.
