Sequoia, a logistics and transport company, informed the next step in the transition process. This Tuesday (29), Alexandre Rodrigues is the company’s new interim CEO and will assume the role of CEO with a mandate starting in February.
Rodrigues has more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles. The most recent was as head of operations at the transport and logistics company Ouro Verde/Unidas. In addition, he has held leadership positions at Ambev and Votorantim.
He will replace Armando Marchesan Neto, founder of the company and who has presided over the company for the last 13 years. Marchesan maintains a presence in strategic instances at Sequoia, as well as taking up a position on the company’s Board of Directors.
