The telecommunications company V.Tal reported this Wednesday that its proposal to acquire ClientCo was approved, “with requests for clarification and subject to negotiation and conclusion of its definitive terms and conditions”, according to a relevant fact to the market.
In September, V.Tal proposed R$5.68 billion for Oi’s assets, the only proposal in a second round for the sale of ClientCo.

Oi, which is in judicial recovery, had already received a previous proposal from Paraná’s Ligga Telecomunicações, of R$ 1.03 billion, for the asset, in a first round, but the offer was rejected by creditors.
