Sequoia Logística e Transportes reported this Monday that the judge of the 2nd Regional Business Court of São Paulo approved the processing of the request for approval of its extrajudicial recovery plan, which also includes Transportadora Americana.
The plan, which involves non-financial creditors, was joined by creditors representing more than half of the value of the credits, according to the company’s relevant fact to the market. A judicial administrator was also appointed for the process, according to the statement.
