Banco da Amazônia reported this Wednesday that it hired more banks to act as advisors in its analysis of the feasibility of increasing its share capital through a primary offering of shares.
In addition to UBS Brasil Corretora, Banco da Amazônia also hired Bank of America, Citigroup, XP Investimentos and Caixa Econômica Federal to advise on the studies, according to a relevant fact from the bank to the market.
Banco da Amazônia reinforced that the completion of the potential operation, and the consequent increase in share capital, are still under analysis and subject, among other factors, to the conditions of the Brazilian capital market.
